I love this game so much and it’s all good
I am being scammed by the game
I had a problem when purchasing (Winter Night Wallpaper) and I did not receive the prize. I have contacted support regarding this issue. They asked me to attach the purchase invoice, and the purchase invoice was attached, including the reference number. I was surprised that an amount was withdrawn from my account even though I had not purchased anything and was not in the game at all. It was one problem that became two problems, technical support is seriously unresponsive, and they don't have a serious support method or any contact numbers.

I play this game like 6 years and The problem is the most frequent and healed of the heroes, including example like dove keeper and zephyica and Lavaninca and Difficulty to obtain them in short (you have money you can be the first on the server without getting tired )
