Not recommended

They have charged me twice for searching for a driver! And although no taxi was available they haven’t refunded me. Their feedback/contact page is useless.

Dear Sir/Mdm, thank you for alerting us to this. This could be a temporary pre-authorisation hold amount that the bank will reverse after the holding period. If you could share your contact details, including your app username to feedback@cdgtaxi.com.sg, we will try to ascertain if that is truly the case.
