We offer in-app purchases and a 3-day and 7-day free trial of the premium version of RoboAI. The Premium version allows unlimited usage, faster processing, %100 ads free. You can purchase a weekly subscription for a short-term trial. We recommend you purchase a yearly subscription to enjoy the privileges of RoboAI even more. The cost will be charged to your iTunes account, which may vary depending on your country. You will be able to see the fee amount before completing the purchase. Subscriptions with in-app purchases will be renewed according to the renewal scheme of the selected payment plan. It is excellent but not uptodate
I was amazed by the app and did buy it . But when i asked it what is mounjaro it did not know and when i asked it what is the brand name of tirzepatide it said it is not yet approved snd no brand name available but this drug mounjaro has the active ingredient tirzepatide developed by eli lilly is approved for the treatment of diabetes type 2 obviously the chat is not up to date and needs to update informatikn it seems it is outdated like the data is ftom 2021 i fint know if the current chat gpt has the same flawed or not
Warning: Deceptive Practice and Lack of Support - Beware of Being Ghosted!
I purchased the app three months ago for a whole year subscription with a full payment, and just recently, for the past 4 days, I have been encountering the error message "You have reached your usage limits for the current period. Please try again later." I have tried uninstalling and re-signing in, but there has been no change. I also reached out to their customer service link, the only one available, and attempted to contact them for explanation and report if it’s a glitch, but never received any response. Additionally, I reported the issue to Apple, but unfortunately, I have not received any response at all.
There was no mention at the time of purchase that the app would work for a limited period, which is particularly frustrating. As a result of these issues, I have canceled my auto-subscription for the coming year.
I highly recommend that others *AVOID PURCHASING* a whole year subscription for this app, as the lack of support and communication can leave you feeling neglected.
A fine app but with glitches
It works fine but usually (in paid version) when the conversation becomes long, it just freezes and gives an error like ‘Robocco isn’t available at the moment’. Now I wasn’t expecting this in the paid version where I already paid for a year.
Also, there is no way to contact a support team and give them feedback.
