I love buying from there because they have really good quality of stuff , I can’t say everything but most of their stuff are so cute and for way less prices and u can find a lot of things that u can’t find even in real life so I am so happy and I recommend this app very much till now I only ordered once and my order came yesterday I will make sure to order again , make sure that u also get what you wanted from the app it’s trusted and fast delivery it depends how far u live but still fast , I recommend this app alot 10/10

Unsatisfied with the quality and size

Positively, they are quick to deliver the items unlike some of the online apparel shops i tried, the delivery guy was very prompt in locating the place which is another good point. However, since this Is my first time to order in Chicpoint, i thought it’s the same quality with that of other online shopping rivals not to name, but it would normaly make you compare the items once you received it..to my surprise, the clothings were very cheap, the sweatshirt,and the coats and blazers doesn’t have thickness, which won’t make you warm..in addition, it’s not true to the size too..i regret having to order in this online shop. they have good endorsement and ads which will entice you to search and look for nice item only to find out that they sell cheap clothing lines..I will not order anymore..

Not recommended

One of the worst apps for online shopping. I read their return policy before I decided to try it, so I know I can return the items if I didn’t like it. But when the package arrive and it didn’t suit me they say I can only return half of items because our policy has changed. Which doesn’t make any sense, I go back and read their policy and nothing change and when I asked to show me the new policy the customer service says they don’t have it and it will be put later. If they where clear from the beginning I will be never ordering from them. I only order 4 items and it came in bag and squeezed together. I used before many applications but I always will be able to return all the items that I didn’t like. I’m deleting this app and never again using their services.
