Some of the stuff are nice, but they have the worst return policy ever. The product was nothing like the picture and they refuse the return order twice saying it’s just as described. I care so much for the after buying services, since I don’t like theirs, I will never order from them again.

Positively, they are quick to deliver the items unlike some of the online apparel shops i tried, the delivery guy was very prompt in locating the place which is another good point. However, since this Is my first time to order in Chicpoint, i thought it’s the same quality with that of other online shopping rivals not to name, but it would normaly make you compare the items once you received it..to my surprise, the clothings were very cheap, the sweatshirt,and the coats and blazers doesn’t have thickness, which won’t make you warm..in addition, it’s not true to the size too..i regret having to order in this online shop. they have good endorsement and ads which will entice you to search and look for nice item only to find out that they sell cheap clothing lines..I will not order anymore..

One of the worst apps for online shopping. I read their return policy before I decided to try it, so I know I can return the items if I didn’t like it. But when the package arrive and it didn’t suit me they say I can only return half of items because our policy has changed. Which doesn’t make any sense, I go back and read their policy and nothing change and when I asked to show me the new policy the customer service says they don’t have it and it will be put later. If they where clear from the beginning I will be never ordering from them. I only order 4 items and it came in bag and squeezed together. I used before many applications but I always will be able to return all the items that I didn’t like. I’m deleting this app and never again using their services.

حملت التطبيق توي وكنت على وشك ارفع طلب وادفع لكن قررت انتظر واشوف التقييمات وانصدمت.. كل التقييمات تتكلم عن ان الطلبية ما وصلت او الفلوس ما رجعت او خدمة العملاء ما يردون عليهم.. ومن ناحية اخرى التقييمات مليئة تقييمات مزيفة مكتوب عربي مدح واسماء الحسابات اجنبية ايڤي واشلي وكريس ومدري ايش.. الله لا يوفقكم اذا نيتكم تنصبون عالناس وتسرقون فلوسهم.. حتى جودة المنتجات سيئة من كلام وتقييمات الناس 💔 This app could be a scam app.. people reporting it for not delivering their shipments or how their shipment took so long and in the end they didn’t receive all their items or receive wrong ones plus the poor quality.. they also said customer support isn’t replying and isn’t returning their money.. along with the fact that 100% of their 5 stars reviews are fake ones where it says good stuff in Arabic but all accounts are with foreign names.. absolutely don’t recommend.. better safe than sorry
