Cleaner Guru features:

Information about the auto-renewal of subscription:
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- An account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost depends on the selected plan.

The most bad App I ever met !
I canceled the purchase of the application in the free trail time, and in the application it is written that the subscription has expired, but unfortunately the application continued to send purchases requests many times , and I was forced not to load my card with money in order to avoid the forced discount from this application, and this is the worst experience I have ever had.. Why am I being forced to purchase by sending a request? The charges and I basically canceled the purchase in the free trail time and removed the application from the first week.. but then it continued for months asking me to pay.. I tried to repurchase for one week and add the application and then canceled the subscription again in an attempt to end the problem, but it did not allow me to purchase for a week and did not allow me Canceling the purchase, nor stopping sending payment requests, nor did not allow me to solve the problem, which caused me to report the problem to ask Apple support to solve the problem !

Hello saranjd! Thank you for your review. But you are sending this review to the wrong place. All billing is handled by Apple. We do not charge users and have no access to payment processes or your credit card info. You did right to reach out to Apple because we cannot manage billing attempts. Hopefully, you will update the rating about our app as you find out about the responsible side. Thank you!
