am writing my message here privately in order not to defame the reputation of your entity. Tonight, Thursday, November 11 at 11:30 pm. I went to replace an item in your branch, and employee says to me the working outs are over, I thanked him and left. While I was leaving, I witnessed a lady getting inside to buy and he opened the doors for her, this unprofessional attitude made me go back to him asking to replace the item I have, he says no pretending that she is an employee while it was obvious he is not telling the truth. I am waiting for your kind response, and I am sending his photo under this caption. By the way, he kept me outside for ten minutes while he was chitchatting with her, and then he gave her the items she bought. After opening the door for her to leave, he didn’t allow me in.

When we walked in to the store , we said Hi , she barely responded to us and looked so mad. We joked with her , r u ok , what’s wrong . She just waived her head.
The girl in the shop was very rude and not answering our questions. She said I think we don’t have different size and I asked her to checks in the back , she just went from outside the storage, she didn’t even look inside and said there is no size . All sizes is 40 . Then I told her , it is not true , there is another shoe on the stand size 41 . Then the girl denied she said there is only size 40. Then she starts saying bad words to me with no respect .
I asked for a manager number , she said there is no manager.
She was about to shout at us .
