Detailed policies in French only !
The app is great and fast to use but like any insurance policy , the devil is in details . When I wanted to read the details of the auto insurance policy for Lebanon for liability and third party , it cane out in French ! No English version in-spite my phone was in English . Translating with google may distort meaning especially it’s a legal document . Thus before committing to buy auto insurance , I urge the developer to put a legally translated policy in English as well . As my phone is in English I am not sure the policy in Arabic exists but hope so but I will not change my phone language just to check . Hope the developer will fix this and good luck for a great app .
