Unavailable items

Sometime if the items I ordered aren’t available, I think there should b a call to the costumer so i can replace it rather then giving an option for replacement on the app. Usually I really need something and it isn't there when grocery comes like breakfast musli ( 50 percent of the time don’t come) chicken ( 500 g and 1000g) if 500g isn’t available, tel me so I can ask for 1000g packs rather then getting nothing. Eggs has same problem.
And sometimes the items missing in my online grocery are available at Danube if I visit personally at the store same day. 😐

Why Ignoring our district

يعني عيب عليكم و الله داخل الرياض جوار حي السفارات و لا توصلون لنا ، فرع عرقة ليش ما يوصلون للمخرج اللي بعدهم بظهرة لبن؟ ده لو عبر وادي حنيفة ما بيكمل ١٠ كم . عار عليكم ١٠ سنوات و كل استخدام التطبيق هو تبديل النقاط، وقت الطوارئ ما لي إلا كارفور عرقة يوصل ، أو التميمي من نعنع. حلوا مشكلة التطبيق ذا يا جماعة ، مو معقول ننزل من بيوتنا لأجل نشتري جبن و لحم للبرجر !!!
Since almost 10 years I can only shop inside the nearest branch in Riyadh Iraqah But still I can’t order for home delivery!! Why this branch although big can’t do it ? Even in the district list I can’t find very big districts like Irqah and Dhahrat Laban which are quite close to Safart district, in the Capital Riyadh!!! Even I decided to buy online and pickup at branch , the good offered are not matching available in the market, I am obliged to choose what I don’t like. The app needs to update , it opens up the key board whilst I need to choose from a scroll, which makes it almost impossible to use! Don’t be relaxed that your shop is offering much appealing goods. You have already tuff competition. Online Carrefour, you poor ; is much feasible although I am not ok with the goods, still they back up my emergencies.

Amazing Service BUT Danoub be Careful

I love the fact that I can order and my order gets delivered on time. Yet, I noticed the following and I hope these two probs get fixed to enjoy the experience even more:
1- when an item is selected and then when the groceries are delivered, you don’t find it.
Solution: either mark it as unavailable OR when you contact us, tell us about the unavailable item and ask if we need to replace it.
2- the fruits and vegetables that were delivered were NOT good at all. It seems that the person in charge has decided to bag the ones that you or anyone else will not pick if doing the grocery yourself. So, a word of advise. Do not do this. You are our eyes so you MUST pick the freshest.
Why did I give it 5 is because the efforts and dedications of the good people should not be affected by the lousy ones.
Will continue to order
One request is that the items such as electronics and others such as containers should be included in addition to more cleaning supplies.
