Sometimes, cooking or heading out to a restaurant just isn’t in the cards. Deliveroo makes those moments far more memorable by delivering meals from places that don’t normally do that. The quick, clean interface makes it super-easy to find nearby burgers, sushi—whatever’s calling your name—and then place an order. We particularly love how the real-time updates on the driver’s progress tell us exactly when you'll get to satisfy that appetite.
worst app to rely on four occasions and gatherings
I had friends and family gathering at my place and I was depending on deliveroo to help me with food logistics. The order delivery took 106 min while I was able to get a conformation form the resturant by the phone that it was done with the order in 30 min. No way to contact deliveroo team but email which is stone ages and no displayed direction on the call number in the application of what so ever. The order was big and the application did not assign 2 drivers to fit it deliveroo boxes from when it was placed, it took them time to assign another driver and the food arrived cold and saggy. Very disappointing experience of the last mile service deliveroo founders claim they focus on and claiming to be their added value. Never going to use this app again and if you want to avoid a bad experience stay away from it
Bad and worst experience
It’s just a worst experience and I deleted the App. I was so tired and starving and placed an order and I couldn’t contact the delivery guy duo to network issue. But in my profile I clearly put my address and just because I didn’t answer the phone which I didn’t receive because of the network issue he left. When I saw the app, it said that he left the food in the front door but he’s lier and took my food. Tried to contact the customer service but unfortunately they said the fault on you why you didn’t answer. So, why I put my address and name in the app and in the previous times they just simply rang the door
Feel so upset and I’ll never ever use this App.
