This is a great online store where you can find alot of premium items that are usually not found in other sellers. Desertcart is a great option when purchasing products online and even provide with multiple region options so you can choose per your preference or budget. Friendly and very helpful staff regardless if you have pre-sales or post-sales issues. I have shoped from them for years now and I find Desertcart to be very highly recommended!

Where do I even start? There’s no compensation for stuff they do wrong like giving me a WRONG order and when I ask for compensation they say something like “ we’re not able to do that right now “ what does that even mean? And their horrible policy’s that you ONLY learn about after ordering like how if you ordered two separate items you’re gonna have to wait until the other item arrives before they ship it to you. Like come on have some class, and if you don’t wanna wait they’re going to charge you an extra fee if you confirm you want it sooner. They charged me the pro membership after I purchased ONE thing from them and I didn’t even receive it cause it got canceled 💀 honestly no joke I’m pretty sure desert cart is just a big scam they literally seem to have 5 staff members with different names cause the attitude and way of communication is unbelievably similar. Items are very expensive but honestly the only good thing about this app is their wide selection of items you can order. But if you wanna pay 100sar for some herbs to make medicine or 250 for some books that is 🤷🏻 unbelievably disappointing me numerous amounts of items like REALLY disappointed me. Literally save yourself from all the trouble and frustration it’s not worth it. It’s dissatisfying, disappointing and blood boiling.

Even a star is too much. My order was canceled once for not paying an extra shipping fee due to the large package as they stated, while the main reason to order is because of no shipping fees (free delivery) + express delivery as they claimed. I contacted them to the need of the package and I paid 350SR for delivery and clearly stated that it is needed before the 15th of october and been promised to receive it by then. Today is 19 October and still did not receive the package and all they can tell me is to WAIT (no estimated delivery no clear information). They charge over 700SR for there Pro membership which nothing of there statements are true. If you got the free month of pro membership, just cancel it before charging you a huge amount for literally NOTHING. Or to be more fair, if you downloaded the app just delete it before you get stuck with an order you cannot cancel even if it took ages and no longer needed.
