used the app for some time, but I decided to cancel my subscription because the meal updates were not functioning properly on the app.When I contacted customer service to request the cancellation, explaining that I was unable to use the service as intended, I was informed that the plan would be canceled and that SAR 70 would be deducted from my remaining balance.That is disappointing, especially that it was due to issues with the app’s performance rather than a personal preference.
Terrible user interface

User interface is terrible in this new update. When we go to plan a useless picture take up over half the screen compacting everything else.We can’t see the full plan days and can only see it weekly and half to scroll left and right.This makes it inconvenient and difficult to change and pause days.Also, you can’t unpause a day even if it is a month away.
