The app is very intuitive, it helped us as students to organize our schedule and have everything we need in one compact place. Furthermore it also allowed us to have a good communication between us the students and staff. They are still improving and developing more and more,Overall very good app and would recommend.

It appears well, the app features gives the full support such as downloading and linking to the required lectures, as well as the calendar feature we know when to start and end, also the new feature for the chat with the doctors in a Effective and direct way was a good and nice adding Everyone can take a big use of it, The point I like the most is that it’s accessible and it’s easy to use Also it gathers all the doctors with the student in one way that no one will get lost.

To start the majority of the positive reviews (80-90%) are from the digival team themselves or from students that were asked to rate the application 5 stars.

Whenever a technical issue is found by students and reported it never seems to be taken seriously. There is no valid technical support and even if there was there is no vlear way to contact them other than through E-Mails that they never reply to anyways. The constant addition of buggy technical features at the beginning of every year that make trouble shooting even worse as time goes on. This is my last year studying and I am truly happy to graduate and never have to deal with this application nor the staff that are running it ever again!!
