Great but needs improvements

Great app and service but needs improvements in user experience:
-Giving option to change payment method after application is sent, also including apple Pay option.
-Showing the amount to be paid in orders page and also in emails received.
-Giving the option to copy the request number for smooth costumer service.
-Allowing user to preview profile and edit information, (phone number should not be used without OTP at all)

(I mistakenly used a wrong phone number and I wasn’t able to edit it.)

جميل التطبيق ولكن يحتاج تحسين تجربة المستخدم
-إتاحة تغيير طريقة الدفع بعد انهاء الطلب (من كاش الى حساب او حوالة أو العكس)
-إظهار المبلغ المطلوب سداده في صفحة استعراض الطلب وأيضًا في الايميل المرسل
-إتاحة خيار نسخ رقم الطلب من صفحة الطلبات لسهولة التواصل مع خدمة العملاء
-إتاحة خدمة تعديل البيانات والملف الشخصي في التطبيق، حطيت رقم بالغلط مو رقمي ولا قدرت اعدله ولا عرفت اصلًا اني اخطأت الا من تنبيه موظفتكم بالإيميل. المفترض فيه OTP قبل ندخل التطبيق.

Very bad they literally stole my money
I applied to get an English course in the UK through the app and transferred 10k SAR, unfortunately I had to cancel and according to their terms of service they should refund me 85% of the transferred money except they didn’t and at first only wanted to return 3k which utterly unacceptable
They literally done nothing and took all my holiday money!!
