Was good at first, but recently I get my order missing items and not mentioning their bad fruits. Also, their customer services unprofessional, I wouldn’t deal with them again

Worst customer service
Ordered 2 hours ago and no track in the order and customer serves say they can’t help I have to wait !!! Non sense and the worst grocery app I used .. i used to say it’s the best but unfortunately no more now every order is a new story

1. An item was missing from my order 2. They took more money than it said on the app. The customer service hasn’t replied to me or offered me a refund or app credit.
