Idea is great but app is slow

Application is great and I admire the automation and integration of all services. However below some remarked and recommended enhancements: 1. The application is extremely slow which is somewhat annoying. 2. I would also recommend integrating the pharmacy to allow the patient to check the products’/ medicines’ availability and can also shop online (e-inventory). 3. Additionally, you should have a different app view to allow parents to view all upcoming appointments for their children or all members added instead of switching every time to view the upcoming appointments (which is inconvenient). 4. Add Chatbot feature and integrate it with WhatsApp to redirect the patient and allow him/her to chat with an agent if needed.

Terrible design and broken

I would love to speak to whichever moron designed this app and find out just how they came to be so bad at their job. You want to book an appointment? How about you hop through each doctor one at a time. Some are free in 6 months. Some are free tomorrow. You just circle through until you find out which is which. Keep a pen and paper handy. Oh and now you’ve finally found an available appointment? No you haven’t booking failed. Keep looking. Ok. Finally! You made an appointment? Well we are not going to make it simple or convenient to add it your calendar. We will give you the option so it looks like you can add it to your calendar. We will ask for permission to add it to your calendar. But then we just won’t. Keep that pen and paper handy. Oh oh, we have this whole new system where you can pay in the app. Except, no it doesn’t work. Show up in person and go to reception ignore all the signs telling you to use the app because the app DOES NOT WORK. Ok finally, you’re done with your appointment cool. We are gonna leave the appointment in your future appointments list even though the date has long passed. Because we don’t care. We just made a crappy app that looks like we’ve embraced modern times, when in reality a pen and paper and the old fashioned systems of the past would have served you and everyone better.

Please fix updating insurance. It keeps asking for insurance every once in a while although the insurance is up to date!! Also when choosing a medical center by mistake or i want to switch to different one, i have to start from the beginning of choosing the city and district and then choose different one. It is more convenient to stick to move the city to the configuration/setting. Also implement the back button where i can navigate easily without starting all over. There is no check-in functionality!! I have to stay on the line to checkin!! Docs profiles are a mess. Design a template where ppl can understand and look for info easily. Also add a search button to look for doc with specific specialties. Distinguish between specialist and consultant etc by having tag or color.

I paid and confirmed my schedule for covid swabbing on March 21,2022 at 9:00 am. But I it on March 21,2022 at 5:30 am due to work related. When I rescheduled it they asked me another payment and my original shedule was removed. When I did the rescheduling, there was a choices there if to pay now or pay later, so I just clicked the pay later because I want to ask them first why they asking another payment. After that I received a message that my rescheduled date of swabbing March 21,2022 at 5:30 am is confirmed. But after a few minutes, my new rescheduled booking was lost. My money was lost also in a seconds without benefits from it. Al Habib is money making!

I paid and confirmed my schedule for covid swabbing on March 21,2022 at 9:00 am. But I it on March 21,2022 at 5:30 am due to work related. When I rescheduled it they asked me another payment and my original shedule was removed. When I did the rescheduling, there was a choices there if to pay now or pay later, so I just clicked the pay later because I want to ask them first why they asking another payment. After that I received a message that my rescheduled date of swabbing March 21,2022 at 5:30 am is confirmed. But after a few minutes, my new rescheduled booking was lost. My money was lost also in a seconds without benefits from it. Al Habib is money making!
