Great App

I loved the app it has almost everything needed to control spendings.
I have one issue the pricing is totally unreasonable as has no added value other than collecting data.
I would suggest if they make it one time payment other than annual subscription.

Not bad but needs more improvements

As an idea, it seems great on paper, but the way of applying it was, in my opinion, not professional enough; I'll take you to the pros and cons

- monthly deduction using my Mada card
- good diversity of investment plans
- easy interphase

👎🏻Cons👎🏻
- making a standing order even using my Alrajhi bank account was impossible; it always ended up with “error, incorrect account data.” I told the bank it was the company's mistake, not ours, “the bank.”
- Support was 0/5; you must contact them using the telegram. There's no direct chat, and the support doesn't reply in private nor in the group until I mentioned them for days, and the problem hasn't been solved!!
- even after making my plans “aggressive,” the performance was disappointing compared to other peers (investment companies)

1 star for the easy interphase
1 star for the diversification of plans

In general, I withdrew my investment, but I’ll give the team time to develop all the fundamental services and improve the app later. I wish them all the best!

As for the support, the official channel is Support@drahim.sa and the telegram only for our users to help each other or discuss the product and is not the appropriate channel to report issues.

Locking of Existed Features Behind Paywall

2 stars is a bit low for what it deserves, it could be 4.
However, they locked a very important feature behind a paywall which is a looking at your previous month spendings. In my opinion, that is very crucial to know how you were doing. I mean, it is enough we are sharing our data, at least give us that feature. I am unlinking my account, and looking for the alternative app we know.
