تم تحميل التطبيق وطلب تاكسي قبل الموعد المطلوب ب20 دقيقة بعد 20 دقيقة تم انتظار السائق 35 دقيقة لم يصل و المشكلة ان السائق بدأ الرحلة، تطبيق غريب.
ايضا عند الاتصال على خدمة العملاء يبقونك على الانتظار لمدة ومن ثم يفصلون الخط.
انصح عدم استخدام التطبيق
