Need major improvement

It needs a major improvement in egyptair plus so you can login and save your information , save your book with your account so you can edit everything in your flight ( select seats,baggage , meals ,etc ) once you login and it needs to simplify the booking more

Very poorJust Use Website with a different opening Interface***

I know how tight budget is this airway and It is not weird that they did not spend any penny to improve their app. The same app is used in the past 4 years without any change because it not really an app, just an opening interface with same design, for a very long time, then after choosing the service, they will open their website through the app.
Most of the cases you are not able to manage your booking through what they call “official app” and they request you to go to sales office to manage it.
The big surprise you will find in their sales office is that they request your credit card and take a copy of all sensitive information such as CVV and 16 digit.
Never recommend this app if you are booking a flight on this airway, just use a professional traveling agency to book the same flight and mostly you will get a better fare.

Worst airline

Worst airline ever , they lost my bag and besides the items they have lost for me, i had to waist time and energy trying to contact them and after 1000 attempts i finally was able to get an answer and i had to spend so much time going back and forth with them . And when i was finally contacted by them with a solution it was not even 10% of the amount they have caused me to lose. Save your money for something better . Worst experience in my whole life . Very unprofessional and disappointing.
