They tricked me somehow
The car I booked was supposed to be blue then when I arrived to the pick up location to start using the car, i was surprised and didn’t think the car was there. Later, i went back to the same street and found the car with the license plates on it so i figured it out, but not the same one in the picture. Which was one of the reasons I picked the car and chose it for. I think it is not hard for them to mention its color to us. Basically, I used the car to go to work and other for some other trips around the city. The car was clean over all and everything else was good except their hot line will take too long to get a phone call connected to a customer service representative. However, one day means only 200km which equals 5 hours only! Which is not truly a full day like other national and international companies. Good luck and I hope this app and company improve to be really successful.
Not bad
I tried this service many times.
It seems it had operations issue. First of all, The key location is not mention in the wizard. Secondly, the return procedure is stupid. They are validate whether the car is running or not after I take the photo of the car and the trip. Then I run the car and close it again to allow the car resend that the car is switched off. Then I was able to return the car. I am the one who pay their technical issue. The most bad experience is when I found a car on map and eventually, either the car is not there or could not be opened.
Worse experience ever
I used to use the service for a month faced lots of problems like car not exist in the same location and some other cars are not open after reservation etc.. the worst problem ever their damage problem first time they claim I have damage on my car and have to pay 1000 SAR for damage I wasn’t able to remember so I paid as I needed to book the car and have no time second time after month from the first problem they send me exactly the same pictures for the old damage and claim it’s new damage on new reservation and when I illustrate for them that it’s the same pic they start sending dummy words like you have a problem while taking pictures etc .. so it’s a fraud some how I advice you to take care before use them and make sure to check the invoices they issue for U
