Worst experience
I am a junior Doctor in Saudi Arabia, and have ordered a book from Elsevier online. A month passed and no book, no refund, and no feedback. I ordered from the legitimate website, and customer support always ignore my request after telling me they will follow up with the warehouse.
I didn’t expect this kind of service from such a reputable company. I am utterly disappointed.
