Ratings and Reviews
Best airline with best mobile application
Love everything about Emirates. One note when opening the app from a note (say a special offer that was received by email). There is a bug when I go from the booking to the payment where the page is not viewed correctly. To resolve that I use my computer instead of the smart phone. Again, this is the best airline with the best mobile app.
User friendly
It’s very user friendly and easy to use. You can do all what you need through the app. The only one point to be updated is when I pressed the icon (upgrade) sometimes it took a while to load.
Can’t manage my trips anymore
This app was my favorite of all flight lines. Lately whenever I need to amend any flight it shows a message that I need to call them to change it, no matter how simple the change is !!! Why should I call to change my flight time when I’m supposed to do it easily through the app ??!!! Not to mention how long the call takes to finalize the changes !!!!
It was way better when everything was easily done through the app
