Through more than a year dealing with them, they are the worst, there has been technical issue with their app and I couldn’t pay my installments for 2 months, although I was the one following up to pay, but they reported me in SEMA as late payments and affected my credit history.
They don’t send you any reminder to pay, and if you are late for a day you will be reported in SEMA.
It seems like they do it intentionally so you get back to them not to banks due to your poor credit rating

The worst service and the worst dealing with the complexity of financing procedures. I hated financing because of you for two months. I submitted the application, and it was rejected under the pretext of an incomplete request. This is called humiliation for the citizens, not a service.
