Strong Complaint Regarding Exponentially Increasing Late Renewal Fees

I am extremely dissatisfied with the exponentially increasing late renewal fees associated with my credit card. Despite never utilizing the cards in question, I was shocked to discover that the fees had reached an amount of 420 only for being late four months due to my forgetfulness and my case of being outside for four months. Additionally, the difficulties I encountered while attempting to close the cards have only added to my frustration.

I urge you to reevaluate your late renewal fee policy and take immediate action to rectify this matter. Exponentially increasing fees without cause is unfair and undermines the trust I have placed in the bank.
