Best Service Ever
I had a flat tire and was late for work and the specialist came swiftly and quick and repaired everything fast and I was on the road to work in no time ! Greatly surprised by the convenience and fast response of the customer service representatives that responded with no delay of my concerns

Useless App.
Very bad experience.
If it were possible, I wouldn't have given even half a star!
My car was stopped inside the basement parking in the mall.
The problem was the battery down.
I called them for assistance. When the technician arrived, he tried to temporarily recharge the battery, but that didn't work.
I paid 60 riyals. He told me to call the tow trucks , I did. As the roof of the car park is low, he could not load the car up, he tried to tow it out, but the cable snapped three times. At this point I said don't touch my car again. I don't want you to damage it.
Paid for the call 50riyals.
The next day, my Jeep agency sent their professional technician to me, within a second he had the batteries recharged and it turned on
My jeep has two batteries, one supporting the other, if both don't recharge the car won't start.
I do not recommend anyone to use this app. Useless!!!
They are not professionals and do not understand anything about engines or how to tow a car!
they just stole my money for nothing!
