• Tap ‘Already a customer’ and enter your credit or debit card number or customer number
• Tap and scan your Emirates ID
• Do the face scan as prompted – to ensure that only you have access to your account

The online application
The online application has improved alot but the only downside is that you cant ask for the early statement of the account ! Like for now there is no option to ask for the statement for the last 6 months ... other than that the online app and online banking is very good.. thanks

Dear customer, you should be able to get your account statement for up to one year on both Online Banking and FAB Mobile. Please check again, and if the issue persists, please email our team at atyourservice@bankfab.com and we will look into it.
