The worst
My product was open when I recieved it and it is mascara something that I have to put on my eyes. Plus they didn’t send me a gift with purchase that I was entitled for. Costumer service non existent. Don’t buy from them.

لا يوجد عندكم اي مصداقية في التعامل. بعد الطلب يتم الغاء الهدية المجانية بحجة عدم توفرها في المخزون. ولا يتم اي تعويض بالمقابل!!!
تم التواصل معكم بالفعل بكل الطرق، ولم يتم الرد على الايميل، وردكم على الاتصال بخدمة العملاء هاتفيا وبالواتساب بأن الهدية غير متوفرة في المخزون.
You don't have any credibility. After ordering, the free gift is canceled on the pretext that it is not available in stock. And no compensation is made in return!!!
I already contacted you by all means.
No answer received to my email. The answer by phone and WhatsApp was “The gift item is not available in our stock”.
