The mobile app will provide flexibility to patient for checking available doctor slot for any specific location for Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital / clinics. They can book an appointment only with the doctor available for respective specialty. They can also view their visits in the app as part of the Timeline feature.

Patient can view their current or past medication suggested by doctor

The best app for hospitals

Fakeeh care app is so easy to use, I book all my appointments through it and also view lab and X-ray result through it. You also have the option to pay consultation fees and get a token number to see your dr. No other big hospitals have an interface that is this smooth and updated. Keep up the good work Fakeeh!

Bug Report

When I want to book a service (MRI scan) I can see an option for the service bar but the resource drop menu is empty and then I cannot proceed to booking an appointment. Kindly note that city and branch are chosen and I know the branch has got MRI service.

Moreover, insurance approval after rejection is not updated in the app. Some testing reports do not show either like eye topography and X-Ray.

All in all the app is really nice. You guys are doing awesome digitising that incredible database and providing clients with autonomy.

Great but the payment thru the application is not working

Today, I had to pay twice , I paid thru the application it was deducted from my debit card but not shown in the system , so I had to pay again at the reception using the same card
