Very bad , malfunctioning for more than 2 years

I wonder how customer service know that their program is malfunctioning for more than 2 years now and they keep leaving it the same , if you install it , you will never be able to be connected to your device with wrong OTP every time , called CS many times with no action or response.

Worst online banking ever

Primitive app, slow, interrupted service.
Completely unreliable.
Token app not working for 2 weeks now. I called customer service for 5-6 times (roaming). Only answer, this is a general problem, we are updating our system, try to uninstall/ reinstall Token app after 30 minutes and try again!!

Waste of time

I hope I could put less than one star, every time it gives me wrong OTP however I called customer service 7 times in 3 days, used different phone and downloaded the app on a different phone
