Very fast delivery and yummiest food in the town plus app was easy
Worst customer services + unfriendly application
The food is good but unfortunately i wont even think of renewing my subscription as i really face difficulty in dealing with their app or the customer service. The application is unfriendly as I don’t see the breakfast option, nor the total calories of the dish with the side and I can’t change the side dishes easily.
Moreover, they don’t count calories nor tell me the total of the day even though my goal is to lose wight .
Also, i said i don’t like egg or chicken on breakfast yet they keep sending me chicken and egg. When i complain on instagram and what’s up they don’t respond.
Worst customer service ever
Their food is good but their customer service is beyond terrible. They still owe me 2 days (6 meals) and they won’t reply. They only have whatsapp and they completely ignore it for days, if they were to reply that is. I would rate it a zero if I could.
اكلهم جيد ولكن خدمة العملاء اسوء خدمة شفتها بحياتي. بس عندهم واتس اب وما برد علي احد. ممكن كل كل يوم يرد بس احتمالية اكبر ما يرد. عندي لسة معهم يومين كل يوم في ٣ وجبات و ما احد يرد. كأنهم سرقوني. اذا فيني اقيمهم ولا نجمة كنت هيك سويت بس ما اقدر للأسف. معاملة زبالة واخلاق موظفين خدمة العملاء ازبل!
