Hello, this app is incredible!!! But, as always... there’s a problem. And I think this annoys people and they haven’t reported this. The problem is that whenever I import any picture and while I’m adjusting it to position I just mistakenly move the screen to another frame. When I go back to that frame where I imported the picture the picture is just idle there and I cannot interact with it anymore. Please make an update and add the feature that we can adjust an imported picture after moving to another frame and come back. (Sorry either bad English or grammar I’m not that good at English ;-;)

Ads not working

Hello Flipaclip team, I am writing this review to let you know about a bug(?) that I keep facing within the app. I am a free flipaclip user, I don’t have the plus membership and never bought it. So I usually have to watch an ad to gain access to locked features such as adding your own music. That is not a problem to me. After the new update, I was excited to be able to use multiple layers and the new brushes by just watching an ad. Unfortunately, When I tap on the button to use a locked brush or add a fourth layer, The “Watch an ad” option just keeps loading forever. My Wifi is completely stable and very fast, but for some reason it just keeps loading and loading until sometimes it shows “Ad not available, try again?” I have a small feeling this was done on purpose, because as soon as I exit an animation, an ad plays. Why can’t I watch an ad to unlock brushes or use more layers but an ad can play randomly out of nowhere? It just feels like its done on purpose to try to get me to buy flipaclip plus. Regardless, I hope you can fix this issue soon. I cannot add music to my animations because of this annoying bug or use the new brushes. - Alex

This is controlled by ad providers so it is possible that it is not available at that moment. What can help is to restart the device or to try again after a few minutes. Our developers are aware and we are working to fix this as urgently as possible. To avoid ads completely, you can always subscribe to FlipaClip Plus. Thank you!

Great!!! But with the WORST PROBLEM

This app is improving greatly. I absolutely love it it introduced me to animation and is helping me with making a full series adapted from the maze runner books. But, THERE IS A PROBLEM when the animation plays my iPad starts closing as it doesn’t count the animation as a video and counts it as an image. The workaround which could be saving it to files would work but I can’t see it in files as a video and I can’t even export it photos. So could you ( the people who made this absolutely amazing app and helped make a tiny career) please try to fix this problem. I know what I’m asking must be hard as I have no idea about anything behind the scenes.

What I’m asking is that can you make an exporting feature to photos or make it so that the animation is more like a video compared to an image. Other than that thank you so much for making this app and I hope my grievances aren’t to hard to fix
