I ordered for my order in her birthday flowers and a gift worth 1172 AED
Delivery time on the application showed 6-9 pm
It was picked before 7 for delivery in Dubai downtown the birthday finished and delivery never happened
I contacted them at 9:40 and they told me when he deliver it you can file a complaint
I insisted that they should contact the driver and they came with an answer to the customer service that he will deliver in another 2-3 hours I e 11:40- 12:40 pm
I told them it is ridiculous it is beyond the time you gave otherwise I wouldn’t pay and the birthday will be finished as the address is in the hotel during her party
They asked me you wish to cancel? And they didn't tell me that if I cancel they will refund 50% of my money in 5-7 days
When I called again customer service next daythey said still the order of cancellation in progress we can stop it and delver wait for our response
I received email order cancellation and customer service is not answering
I think Flowered should close to stop the suffering of people and thifting their money
Up to this moment 4 days after no deliver of order and no refund which is suppose to be fully because it is their mistake
They got a horrible tracking system, unreliable and dishonest customer service
I wonder if the owners know what is going on

I've been planning to surprise my girl on valentines but never would have thought this would turn south because of late delivery. Why put a delivery time option if you cannot adhere to it?! And when I contacted the customer service it, it didn't even give me the answers to my questions, it would only reply same thing everytime. Like srsly? U are ruining the supposed to be special surprise ‼️

EDIT:

I booked it as early as possible to be delivered on Valentines day! But due to high demand as per customer service they were not able to deliver it on the said date and even moved it to 16th! Today. They said they will deliver it within 5 pm to 10pm today but didnt even have any update other than preparing since 4 pm this afternoon. I would never ever buy from this store again nor would I recommend it to anyone! Bad service.
