Confusing
Every time I try to enter my account say my password is incorrect so requesta new password toake a new one but is very slow and more than 10 min to wait for the email. Than finaly I changed the password than I logout and try to log in again and that same password not working anymore. I checked more time the spellings and was written right. Now I d again have to change the password.. so confusing
Crash
The app keep crashing every time you go to payment and does not save the passenger information you just have entered. So, you should start all over again.
Please fix it for better review next time, until that time I will be using the old app or basically the website.
Seat reservation
Why app is automatically selecting my seat and i dont want to book my seat online then why app is doing so and there is no option to cancel the seat selection give solution what a pathetic app is this
