Money debited from account on 12dec2022 but not credited to wallet regarding this already requested a complaint on 13dec2022 but still now amount is not return very worst application everyday we are calling customer service but same reply from last 10days .what we have to do can I proceed legally

Amount not credited to my friendi pay account
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently experienced on your app. I created an account and added 100 SAR to test the platform. Unfortunately, the amount was deducted from my bank account but was not credited to my Friendi Pay account.
When I contacted your customer care team, I was informed that the payment was not received from the bank. This explanation is unsatisfactory and raises concerns about the reliability of your app.
I kindly request you to resolve this issue immediately and ensure that the deducted amount is credited to my account or refunded to my bank account. Additionally, I hope you will take steps to improve the app’s performance and reliability to avoid such inconveniences for other users.

Money added from bank is not reflecting in wallet
Hi
I have added money from my Rajhi bank account 1500 SAR around 12:17 AM and transfer money has been diducted from my bank account but added amount is not reflecting in FRIENDIPAY. Tried to contact whatsapp and toll free number but so far there is no reply. Please support. It was very urgent money request from my family and if such issue we have to face and get no immediate support then how someone will recommend and how would you gain customer’s trust. Please solve my issue urgently.
