Money debited from account on 12dec2022 but not credited to wallet regarding this already requested a complaint on 13dec2022 but still now amount is not return very worst application everyday we are calling customer service but same reply from last 10days .what we have to do can I proceed legally

They launched the app without testing it. Half-hearted app along with the worst customer service. Better send less amount from other app rather than having tons of nervous tension from this app. It took me an hour to finally get connected to customer service. The app itself is so confusing that it vanished my amount from the credit. Many times it just dosn't open properly and hanged. Suggestion to company that either make changes and improve your service and if you can't than better stop your services for good.

Worst app ever! I did one transaction on 2nd June, the amount was debited and I did not get it in my friends pay wallet, the application gets automatically closed all the time. Then I did 2nd transaction once again same problem the money was debited and the app closed.
I got my money on 6th of June and now when I want a refund, I am clicking on the transaction that I did….the app is getting closed automatically. Worst of all, people cannot contact the customer care. A personal suggestion do something about you application bug.
