Some purchase are not paid without any reason.

Cannot verify my selfie picture for one hour

Why you need a delft to verify my identity ?? I gave you my credit card and the tax free number and scan my passport.. and after all these steps they ask for a selfie picture which need to be verified and this will not happened.. I have tried more than 100 selfie in one hour and no one verified and they are not giving you a solution or any other options ??!!!
