GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel ‪٩+‬

I've been using this app for years and so have many of my family and friends. I've never had a fake delivered to me. The products are always delivered in perfect condition in promised time. Don't get StockX they sell fakes lol.

Me and one of my friends order the same Nike sneakers.

When we received them, my friend sneaker was same as the one we ordered. Mine had some major differences.

I raised a request attached with pictures explaining the differences in the sneaker i received (Compare to the photos in app) without saying that my friend ordered the same shoes and it was different.

The customer service respond to my request saying that all the sneakers are verified and %100 authentic. I can get a refund but it will not be a full refund, shipping and taxes fees will be on me.

my order at that time was marked as “Delivered”

I respond by sending pictures of mine and my friend sneakers. And asking for an explanation for that.

Their respond was deleting my request and marking my order “Completed order”.

I raised more requests after that,

first it goes to the “Open” category and after couple hours they put it in the “Resolved” category.

I need and explanation for this!!!!!

اول شي تأخروا في توصيل الطلبيه وصلوا لي الطلبيه خطا وسكت وقدمت طلب ترجيع قعدو ثلاث اسابيع ما رجعوها وتمرمطت معهم ثم حتى يوم رجعوها القسم المختص ما رد علي ولا رجعو لي المبلغ الا بعد اسبوعين او اكثر. The first thing was that they were late in delivering the order. They delivered the order to me wrongly, and I fell silent. I submitted a return request. They stayed for three weeks. They did not return it,. Then, until the day they returned it, the competent department did not respond to me, and they did not return the amount to me until after two weeks or more.
