goCollect is an easy to use invoicing application with powerful features such as 2-step billing, bill tracking capabilities, automatic reminders, Instagram integration, multi-currency acceptance and so much more.

Not only can you accept credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and Amex on your mobile app but also the popular and trusted local payment methods such as Mada, KNET, BENEFIT, Fawry, OmanNet, and more as well as alternative payment methods such as Apple Pay.

This version includes the following features :

1. Super Simple Billing: Send a bill locally or worldwide with 2 easy steps and share it on any platform of your choice: SMS, email, WhatsApp, Instagram & more

2. Items: Save time when sending bills by adding your products/services as Items. When sending a bill, you just need to click on the Item to add it to the bill.

3. Value Added Tax (VAT): In countries with VAT, goCollect will calculate the rates for you for every bill. Just set the rate you want it to be calculated at and let us handle everything else!

4. Multi-currency Acceptance: Choose the currency you want the bills to be sent in and convert the prices on the spot from your local currency to your customer’s currency.

5. Send to Multiple People: When collecting payments for a workshop or event, you can put the amount you want to collect and the number of people you want to collect it from and share the bill link in mass. Your customers can enter their own information and pay easily!

6. Tracking Bills + Reminder: goCollect's powerful tracking tool gives you the status of each bill in real time. You can now know when your bill has been sent, delivered, viewed, attempted, paid, refunded and canceled. You can also send an awkward-free, automatic reminder if they haven't paid yet.

7. My Bills: This portal has a quick yet comprehensive glance at all your sent bills with real-time tracking updates on each invoice as well

8. My Payments: Be instantly notified when a new bill is paid and when the amount hits your bank account. You also have a full list of all the paid bills, organized by dates received. 

9. Refund a Bill: You can easily refund a customer on goCollect with a single click. Not only do we process the refunds easily, but you also have a detailed picture of all past refunds at a glance.

10. Report a Bill: If there's ever a problem with one of your bills, there's no need to panic. Just click Report and we’ll handle it for you!

Absolutely unprofessional company

It was a huge mistake and the most unpleasant experience to start working with this company. The money I received from my clients was blocked for two months without any explanation, and nobody from the company was willing to officially explain what was happening. We had to go through complicated channels to finally get our money back. Unprofessional management, no official emails, no invoices, no contracts or documents — everything was based on trust. When I contacted their customer service, they simply said they informed management about my problem and that was it. Only through threats and persuasion could I get anything from them. I asked to have my account deleted from their website, but apparently, clients don't have that option. It's been three weeks, and they still refuse to do it, which means I have to engage in further conversations and explain once again why I don't want to work with them along with being changes the monthly fees for their service. Don't fall for their tricks and don't work with this company. Once your money is with them, it means it's no longer yours, and there's no guarantee you'll ever see it again. This company resembles professional scammers; I can't say more than that.
