Device off line for a month and no server light on router

I am getting device-off-line msg for more than a month. There is no server light on the router although it is connected to internet and was working fine previously. I have unplugged all cameras, restarted router and internet server but don’t get the server light on GID by01fdac13. Please advise me to solve this problem.

It is good and fast app. But the the videos go off very frequently. Also I tried to find out info like routers password or IP address but could not. I want to use Macbook to reset and monitor setting but was unable to login to 182.198.1.17 with the admin password.
