I wish they did not waste money paying for this app development… functions are dummy and not working… What a waste of money and left contributors (owner of their funds) unsatisfied with their servicesThe old app was much better.. by time things get better, except for gosi services.The contract for this development of the app must be audited.. I believe.. either the scope meant to be unclear leaving many loopholes to be used by contractor, or project management team need to attend high school again.

Moving to full automation of your services is premature. Many poor retirees and their dependents who are computer illeterate can not use your website. I tried to have virtual visit many times and after waiting for one hour I have to start again because the site failed. Today one of your staff tried to help me in jeddah spent one hour to initiate a complaint under my name because I could not doit. One full hour by an expert. Huge hall without real employee to help. Please reconsider putting back full staff to help people. Retiree spent their life serving this country. Do not treat them like this

The notifications appear on the app logo as number (1) , I opened it many times there is no new notifications and all old notifications opened, but still (1) appears on the face of app on homepage.
