Vehicle color

Great App and Great Service. but I think it would be better if you add the color to the vehicle information to recognize it from a distance.
everything is good except using small Cars with a single A/C.. uncomfortable .. so I hope that you upgrade those cars to a bigger ones... to improve your Service. thanks

Worst ride app ever worldwide

I’ve never been confronted with many bad experience from a transportation app in all the countries I’ve been worldwide.

Here, drivers are late, they cancel trips after you’re waiting for them for over 30 mins, the stop somewhere before they come to you for over 10 mins (maybe a coffee break while they accepted your trip), they shout at you for no reason, they take the longest way and most jammed route to your destination and they sometimes have no manners in welcoming guests.

I kept using the app thinking it was the only way of transportation in Malaysia but there are much better ways than Grab. I leave this app with a happy feeling that my choice of deleting this app is a great choice.

Lost a shopping bag in car

I am a traveller and this is my first trip to Malaysia. I highly appreciate grab and fully satisfied with its services. I lost a shopping bag during my today’s travel in the city of Langkawi. Can anyone tell help me in this regard???
Note: i am traveling back tomorrow (7th of June 22) around 11am.
