Application roles
Although I am registered as a customer, most of the time when I login to the application it presents me with the options as one of their workers. I am in a situation where I cannot view my current contract, cannot book a nee contract, cannot change the language. I am kind of stuck unless the application starts behaving properly.

They canceled my visit because I didn’t pick up their call within 10 mins!!!! I contacted their costumer service at 8 which is my visit time and she told me they won’t refund my money or reschedule my visit!!!!!! It was 30 mins before my visit when they called and I contacted them within 19 mins so it wasn’t even my visit time anyway but they obviously don’t care about their costumers so never again
