Problem with every update

Every time a new update is released, the app stop working for a few days. This should be resolved

So many problems

This app has so many problems here are them: -it stops the music when lunching the app. -the app stops loading if I leave the app -the app takes so long to launch -if I launched the app without internet then turned the internet on the app crashes, instead of simply starting working. -the app can only refund one cancelled order can’t refund more then one cancelled order. -if the order is cancelled the points that i used in this canceled order disappear with the order. -the app is in arabic and can’t understand the arbic number that i put in the(how many points do u want to use) in the last step of finishing my online order.

Delivery options

I wish delivery was a thing in the app bc i want to order using my points without having to go to the branch
