Face Unlock

Dear Team,

Please update the mobile app and give the options to users of the Face Unlock those who have mobile which is not supported touch ID they can’t open app until put complete login user and password, Kindly add new feature in the app to unlock with Face ID.

Hi, HBL Mobile supports Face ID recognition. Please follow the given steps to enable this option -> Tap / enable "Biometric Login" option on main login screen -> enter your Login ID & Password once and login -> after login agree T&Cs to enable this option. Subsequently, tap on Biometric icon to login using Face ID recognition.

Transaction History

It is difficult to trace instantly to whom we transfer money as not displaying beneficiary name at transaction history and also add to generate transaction receipt later when needed.
pls add features as per your feasibility if possible.

I would like to suggest to provide credit card application section as well table of eligibility for example when someone apply the question shall be required.
How much salary
Salary to hbl or other bank
Overseas employee and salary
Prestige account holder

In this way it will be easy for customers to apply credit card and know there eligibility.
