It is important to keep your body always in a healthy status. Controlling and maintaining your health metrics like BMI, Body fat, BMR, etc. is one of the way to do this. Health Metrics is a simple, all-in-one application to help you simplify these work. Using Health Metrics, you can:

* Calculator your current body metrics including:
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
- Daily Calories Need
- Ideal Body Weight (IBW)
- Macro Ratios for your meals
- Body Fat % (BFat)
- Calories Burned

* A super cool feature is calculate needed calories to set up an action plan for you to have an ideal body weight.

* From version 1.2, a new feature "Calo in Foods" is added for you to refer calories as well as nutrition facts for some common foods. This helps to control better your calories intake to build and maintain a healthy weight for your body.
