Prices not as low as you promised

My last stay at Conrad hotel I booked directly from the application but when I checked other applications price I found them lower than Hilton honers! Although am a member they didn’t show any kind of special treatments . They gave me the worst room ( my third stay within a year in the same hotel) they admitted that the booking app price is lower than the Hilton app price which is not convenient. As a member I pay higher and bad treatment since the minute I waked in . I saw the staff socializing some regular customers not Hilton members . If this is your policy at Hilton it doesn’t worth!. I am a member in other hotel memberships and I get a lot of spacial pouns . Direct up grade spacial counter late check out . At my last experience they just like to argue and waste your time . I stayed two uncomfortable night and bad experience I just mentioned that to you before . Am planing to stay at Hilton again because my two daughters wants that ( they work in Hilton in one of their games “replox” ) we will give the company another chance and we will see .

UnFair not to give me points for my last stay.

I elected to stay from 6-14 Sep 2014 at DoubleTree Hilton-Old Town In Istanbul to collect more points. Regretfully, I was surprised that they didn't reflect the points in my account justifying that the rate is not eligible for points.

With all do respect to their statements. I was not notified about this point, otherwise I could have searched for another Hotel with a better deal.

Looking forward to resolving my agony and reflect the points to my account.
