Updated the app and now it doesn’t work
Ever since the update, the app simply stopped working. Every time I press print it wants to set up a sprocket. When I do set it up and go back to print it does that all over again. I have the normal sprocket and I’ve been using it happily for years but now, even though it’s connecting to my phone, it’s not printing. I restarted it and set it up multiple times but I can’t use my device. Honestly, if this is how they treat their old customers, might as well not buy the sprocket at all.

Hi. Have you tried to reinstall the app? Before launching the app again, open the 'Settings' app on your mobile device, tap 'Bluetooth' and tap the 'i' next to your printer and tap 'Forget this device' (if listed). Close the 'Settings' app and restart your mobile device. We hope this helps.
Failed to Make a Connection to The Printer
Although the Bluetooth is connected successfully, and when setting the device in the app it goes smoothly until the end, it shows that there’s a connection problem that indicates “check the Bluetooth and the power in the printer” which both conditions are set/met but nothing happens
