HungerStation 4+

I’ve been always using Quick Market in the app and it been serving me well, Till Now.
Today I have placed an order of 20 items there, placed my payment and it has been submitted.
Later I have received an order shortly. The delivery man have placed my bags in the doorway and rushed away! I picked up the 2 bags and walked in my house, when I opened the bag I was surprised that all the items where in correct. This Is Not My Order! I have called the delivery man to confirm but he was clueless and asked me to contact the store. As I did the Help Center agent was unable to track my order or do anything about it, luckily I have received a full refund. But he ended my chat before the conversation ends! I still had requests and questions to give and he didn’t serve me well. It was a bit rude to shut me off this way. Now I’m stuck with another person’s order and the money was transferred to the app wallet when I needed it to be in my bank card.

I ordered my grocery at 2:15, and the driver whatsapp me at 3:05 the app didnt get my permission to share my contact info with the driver. Anyway first he requested me to list the order through whatsapp and I refused. Then one hour later at 4:07 he texted me pictures of different alternatives of my order, so I told him to skip the one that are not available. The he sent me his bank account number requesting for money!! I told him I will pay through the app he needs to submit the pill there but he told me that this is his first time using the app. So I volunteered to communicate with the to solve this issue so I captured their answer and sent it to him and he texted me back "WATCH OUT! IF YOU PAY THROUGH THE APP I WILL NOT GET MY MONEY!" i told him "but I thought this is first time with them how come you have this experience with them??" The I requested the bill he paied. After that he sent me two pictures of my order and he told me to come and pick them up myself. When I reported this to the app and told the customer care specialists Yasmine she replied "the driver was trying to explain to you the process of payment through the app!!!!!!" Seriously, is this Yasmin calls me a liar. She didnt even bother herself to check the whatsapp conversation I sent to the her. PS this is my first and last time with the app since they share my location and contact information plus apparently they dont do background check.

I have tried this app since the beginning and the major problem is they don’t care about customer services they care about payment only whenever you make a request you pay then if your food gets delivered late delayed or the driver is delivering multiple customers at the same time, you have no chance to complain in the app the only option that shows in your application is your food is in the way you cannot complain you cannot contact customer services you cannot chat or talk and this is a poor quality of customer services. Even if you complain and send to the company through their channels, no one responds to you with the solution they all direct you to the app to complain, and the app does not have any professional tool, and it is designed to have you not to find a way to complain. I would never recommend this app as a first application that you use. If you are looking for food other application are better than this one. Do you pay when the food is if the food is delayed, you can ignore the driver so next or he would inform you in advance and give you the freedom to choose if you want to get it late or if you refuse.
