There is no difference in features other than the presence or absence of advertisements for the paid version and the free version.

The summary of this update is as follows.
[Improvements, Changes]
- “How to Use” added to the File menu. This opens ibisPaint Painting Tutorial.
- Added “All except Eraser”, “Only Text” and “Only Frame” to the “Target Shape” options in the shape attributes window. Changed so that only the brush shape is edited when “Only Brush” is selected.
- Changed so that the description of Cloud Synchronization is now displayed in My Gallery.
[Fixed Bugs and Problems]
- Fixed a bug that the core line was displayed incorrectly during vertex editing for Circle and Ellipse shapes that have been converted to Curves.
- Fixed a bug that adding a Text shape to a clipped normal layer inside a folder would result in an incorrect canvas joining range.
- Fixed a bug that caused folders to be pasted in incorrect positions when pasting a folder with a Selection Area being active.
- Fixed a bug that caused abnormalities in drawings when adding a Vector Layer with “Add Vector Layer” for some brushes, such as “Outline”.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when undoing certain brushes used together, such as “Outline” and “Vector Felt Tip Pen”.
- Fixed a bug that after the automatic restoration of an artwork with the Vector Layer via playback, some layers and shapes may become abnormal.
- Fixed a bug that caused lines to turn white when editing and saving the vertices of brush shapes with brushes of brush type “Mono” and “Separate Each Stroke” disabled.
- Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented the opening of layer folders on the Layer window in animation artworks.
- Fixed a bug that prevented descendant layers from being displayed when a layer folder reorder was cancelled in the Layer window.

Ratings and Reviews
Pretty good, even when free
I use the free version of ibis paint, and let me tell you, boy is it great. You can still make high quality drawings without coughing up any money. Don't be disturbed by the amount of locked brushes. Simply one ad will unlock them for 18 hours! You can do this over and over with NO limit! It still supports the creator too. Though, there is some stuff that you must pay for such as the materials. What I mean by that is the texture of your "canvas". You can only get the paper material for free, and holy does it look like you made a drawing on paper if you use the multiple pencil brushes. You'll most likely get the same result if you use the other materials with the appropriate brushes. If you're looking for an app that has decent tools to draw with a simple interface without paying anything, or to recreate traditional drawings for a low price, ibis paint is the app for the job.
Amazing!
This is one of the most best drawing apps. There is a lot of options and filters such as blur smudge glitch and more, you can also lower the opacity of the brush or make the size of the brush thicker or thinner. There a lot of different kinds of brushes to draw with, and it will automatically save your drawing in the app. You can also save your drawing to your photos however you want. You can also undo and redo, and there is also an erase option too! You can also put more than one layer and you can in one of the layers put a picture and lower the opacity then draw the picture. There is more options, check it out yourself :) i recommed this app if your willing to look for an app that u can draw
Perfect even when free
It is perfect especially for young artists and beginners easy to use and free and you can have all the brushes you want for watching one ad only
And u can use it without any internet but u can’t watch the ad for brushes without internet but that’s still okay btw if you watch an ad for the brushes the are free for 18 hours so that won’t be a problem all I want to say is if your a young artist or beginner this is perfect btw when you first download the app it will only ask for your age bc people under sixteen can’t use but I’m a 10 year old artist it’s okay just tell them you are sixteen
