Cheating and fraudulent on delivery shipping

I have been waiting for a shipment more than 20 days and the tracking system said initially in transit and suddenly I changed to “shipment cannot be delivered “

Later I chat in live chat with customer service agents they didn’t provide the cargo service detail initially. Later they provide some numbers and those are not reachable

Another customer service agent says they cargo service name only but no contact detail “cargo service “ cainomina”

After several attempts they provided a contact number which is always busy

So I feel like this is fraudulent service

I do not recommend Trendyol

The Worst Shipping App

I placed my order on December 27, 2023 and delivery date was supposed to be on January 9, 2024 and since then I have not received my order. I ask them for a refund and they promised to refund me but until now they didn’t refund me and they never contacted me either. This is the worst shopping company with the worst history of bad reputation . There is no customer service and the people working on the so called ( Assistant ) are very lousy and dumbs and they don’t know anything. I hope Apple will kick them out from here and remove their application and I will do my best to report them to Saudi Ministry Of Commerce for their decisiveness and bad treatment of their customers . Please warn your friends not to buy from this cheating company and spread the word about their cheating in all social media. This company should be banned from working in Saudi Arabia.I contacted their customer service many times asking for a refund and they promised to refund me but nothing happen until now .

Cheating and don’t return my money!

This was the worst shopping experience of my life. I ordered a product that did not fit me, and I decided to return it. When I asked for a refund of the money I paid in cash, Trendyol said it was impossible. Instead, they offered to refund my money in the form of bonus points, which can only be used to pay for 25% of the product's price. This is completely unacceptable!I paid in cash and expected to get my money back the same way. However, Trendyol stated that they couldn't return my cash. I even offered to provide any bank accounts or card numbers for the refund, but that didn't help. This is outrageous and makes no sense!I've never encountered such terrible service before. Trendyol, you need to review your refund policy and start respecting your customers. I would not recommend anyone to use their services. This was the worst service I have ever experienced in my lifе!
